This building, which dates back several years, we did see all the colors. Slabs rotten to the significant cracking, soft floor to floor covered gypsum ... we had to scarification with a big equipment to act quickly.
Solution
We removed any piece of friable and delaminated concrete to rebuild a solid floor base.
Results
The floors were ready to install vinyl flooring in record time.
